The unique circumstances
I the owner is deaf and the mere fact that I am still in business after 14 years while 90% of companies fail within the first 10 years AND that many clients are still with me for so long says a lot, but it's HARD to get NEW clients because most of them want to "phone" and resulted in two things.

The only problematic issue
Due to the fact that I am deaf the CONVERSION RATIO is very bad at 0.02% out of 7000+ clicks so just referring people won't be enough and the best is to take the time to learn the basics and engage with each potential client directly before signed him/her up as that will guarantee a FAR higher conversion ratio than just send potential clients to me or a website.
